Rabbit Ears House

This project, located in Bluff, UT is named after the sacred Rabbit Ear rock formation visible to the east. The architecture celebrates the clients return to the land in which she was born. The intimate home was designed and constructed using local resources and materials by ten graduate students from the Masters Program at the University of Utah. The project is culturally sensitive and utilizes high-performance passive building systems to provide low-maintenance and thermal comfort for the client in this desert landscape.
